Community Supported Living Ltd has been a CSCI Registered Domiciliary Care Agency since March 2004. Our rating can be downloaded from the CSCI website. We specialise in providing care to individuals who have experienced mental health problems or have learning difficulties.

Our aim is to actively particpate with our service users so they can achieve supported independent living, enabling them to live in their own homes as independently as their needs, abilities and aspirations allow.

We excel in re-settling individuals who have a history of placements breaking down, meeting high-risk, complex needs and managing challenging behaviour. We provide intervention through both internal and external specialist support to develop skills for life.

At Community Supported Living Ltd we plan individual care packages with the service user to:

  • Respect their privacy, dignity and wishes
  • Safeguard them from neglect and abuse
  • Ensure safety and security in their home
  • Respect and protect their confidential information
All our support takes into account the religion, gender, race, culture, preferred language and disabilities of the service user.
The staff employed by Community Supported Living Ltd have diverse qualifications, training skills and experience which allows them to support our service users to achieve their goals.

  • Consultant nurse (RMN)
  • Trainer/ assessor
  • General nurses
  • NVQ qualified staff
  • Cordon Bleu trained chef
  • City and Guilds trained chef

All our staff are currently in ongoing training programmes.
The registered provider and manager is Mr T.Hill (RMN). He is the Managing Director of Community Supported Living Ltd, with over twenty years experience in the care sector.

We also liaise with outside agencies to provide the service user with further support, whether that is for medical, social or lifestyle choices.

We are domiciliary care providers for Wirral, Cheshire, Flintshire, Wrexham, Stoke, Liverpool, Birmingham and Sefton Social Services.
